She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Clarence James and Doris Alma Carroll; her siblings, Charles, Charlotte, Patricia and Lois; her husband James Turner; and her children, Deborah, James Jr. and Ricky. She was also cherished by four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
