He was predeceased by: his parents, Bhawanji H. Shah and Laxmi Shah. He is survived by: his wife Geeta Shah; his siblings, Hemant Shah and Saroj Durlabhji; his daughter Nirali (Joyram); his grandchildren, Satya and Sumati; his great grandchild Anay (Sheeba); and also Mekhai.
