Prather-Carter; his stepfather Daniel Carter; his daughter Amayah Prather (Lexus Harvey); his great-grandparent Dorothy Diggs; his stepsister Sky Carter; his brother Rodney Williams Jr.; his nephew Quinten Prather; his aunts and uncles, Rajan Lynn, Michael Lynn, Ryan Lynn, Dawn Prather, Norita Prather and Jasmine Prather; and his cousins, Teonte Lynn and Kimora Lynn.

“Frank and I are praying for your family . We are so saddened by this news . Frank was in Kyrees class at Belmont. I will always remember my talks with Kyree at recess . I was the recess aide . We talked about so many things life friends sports etc . When Frank got so sick with his thyroid disease Kyree came in and gave me a notepad with a pencil for Frank . It was the sweetest thing he said just wanted you to know I’m thinking of Frank . What a huge heart Beautiful memory of your beautiful Kyree”
