He is survived by: his wife Judith S. Bass; his children, Jaclyn Vincent of Burtonsville, Heather McGrath of Olney and Jonathan Bass (Samantha) of Bethesda; his siblings, Sherry Bass of San Francisco, Abby Napoli (Craig) of New Orleans and Steven Bass (Margaret) of Seattle; and his grandchildren, Natalie Vincent and Ronin McGrath.
A shiva was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 6:30 PM and on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at the Bass Residence. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Congregation Shaare Tefila (16620 Georgia Ave, Olney, MD 20832). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at the Judean Memorial Gardens (16225 Batchellors Forest Rd, Olney, MD 20832).
