He is survived by: his wife Michele; his children, Joshua, Sarah and Emma; his father Tom Pulaski; his stepmother Sherry Pulaski; his sister Samantha Siegelman (Mark); his nephews, Zachary and Matthew; and his mother-in-law Diane Lewis. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.

His final act of heroism was to give the gift of life through organ donation.
