She was predeceased by: her parents, Omar Jose Hernandez and Placida Sojo; her husband Jose Antonio Puertas Gomez; and her sisters, Nancy Beatrice Sojo and Dalia Hernandez Sojo.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Puertas Rucker, Jose Alejandro Puertas, Daniel Eduardo Puertas and Luis Enrique Puertas; and her siblings, Arancelys Hernandez Sojo, Marianella Hernandez Sojo, Arelys Hernandez Sojo, Dilia Hernandez Sojo, Luis Guillermo Sojo, Omar Jose Hernandez Sojo and Antonio Jose Hernandez Sojo. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Haydee's name to St. James Catholic Church with 'Priestfield written in the memo, 49 Crosswinds Drive, Charles Town, WV 25414.
