He is survived by: his parent Lillian MacDonald; his wife Jennifer MacDonald; his children, Kaitlin MacDonald, Charles MacDonald, Abigail MacDonald, Donald MacDonald, Bridget MacDonald, Patrick MacDonald, Rebecca Sheehan and Jonathan MacDonald; his grandson Michael; and his siblings, Patricia Reilly, Ann Chappell, Meg Kimball, Susan Boyle, James MacDonald, Tony MacDonald and Peter MacDonald.
