It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carey Columbus Kerby Jr. of Olney, Maryland, born in Baldwin, Florida, who passed away on July 22, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Minnie Ruby Smith and Carey Columbus Kerby; his wife Barbara J. Kerby; his sons, Richard (Julie) and James (Cindy); and his grandchildren, James and Alexandra. He was also cherished by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
