He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Taggart and Clare Taggart; and his spouse Patricia Ann Taggart. He is survived by: his children, Susan Colemant (Tim) of Olney, MD and Kathleen Hurley (William) of Brookeville, MD; and his sister Susan Taggart of Florida. He is also survived by four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
