It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Lee Moyer Sr. (Oldtown, Maryland), born in Petersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on May 7, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Chester Moyer and Margaret Eleanor Moyer-Broadwater (Northcraft); his wife Edith Helen Moyer; and his daughter Violet "Bug" Yokum. He is survived by: his children, William Moyer, Jr., Anita Whorton, Howard Ronald Moyer (Sheree), Gregory Moyer (Judith), Andy Moyer, Terri Grimes, Angela Fishel (Brian) and Marcy Zembower (Jeff); and his siblings, Dorothy May Ryan (Butch), Harry Moyer, Jr., Norma Jean Kilroy, Tommy Moyer and Shirley Gray. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
