We are sad to announce that on May 30, 2020, at the age of 67, William Alvin Webb of Oldtown, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Burnett Webb and Mary Webb; his sister Diane Webb; and his mother-in-law Mary Horwath. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Horwath-Webb of Oldtown; his daughter Rima Allport; his granddaughter Terra Miley of New Windsor, MD; his siblings, Karen Haga (Jim) and Brian Webb (Cheryl) of Westminster, MD; his father-in-law John Horwath; and his sister-in-law Patricia Bailey (Jeff) of Cumberland, MD. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
