She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil D. Nethers and Audrey Nethers (Bennett); her husband Raymond R. Duckworth; and her siblings, Dorothy Patch, Iris Davis, Janice Hersh (Robert) and Cecil Nethers.

She is survived by: her son Royce Duckworth (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Marc Duckworth (Carrie) and Leslie Jedlowski (Tim); her great grandchildren, Zach Lease (Lizzy), Drew Scarlett (Hannah High), Chase Scarlett (Makayla Reuschel), Zoie Jedlowski, Camee, Mylee, Kevin and Will Duckworth; her great great grandchild Barrett Lease; and her sister-in-law Sylvia Nethers. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
