It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Dale Hodel Sr. (Oldtown, Maryland), born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on March 24, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Juanita Hodel-Bloss (Kinser) of Cumberland, MD and John William Hodel, Sr.; his sister Kathy Turner; his wife Ruth Evelyn Hodel; his son Patrick Hodel, Jr.; his siblings, Leon Hodel (Ruth) of Oldtown, MD, Timothy Hodel (Judy) of Oldtown, MD, Mark Hodel (Victoria) of Oldtown, MD, John Hodel, Jr. of Florida, Barbara Rodriquez of Delaware, Mary Ritchie (Perry), Cumberland, MD, Marie Spencer (Rick) of Delaware, Arlene Garris (Frank) of Virginia, Rosa Nixon of Cumberland, MD. and Linda Hodel of Cumberland, MD.; and his grandchildren, Sarah Northcraft (Johnny), Cumberland, MD, Jennifer Tijerine (Miquel) of Texas and Eileen Hodel of Germany. He was also cherished by eight great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
