She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur L. Bean, Sr. and Viola Hazel Bean (Paugh); her siblings, Arthur L. Bean, Jr., Ronald Wayne Bean, Norris E. Bean, Marvin Bean and Betty Lee Kitzmiller; her niece Betty Jean Kitzmiller; and her grandson Aaron Waugh.
She is survived by: her husband Wright M. Welton; her daughters, Linda Jean Welton of Oldtown, MD, Vickie Ann Grogg (Dale) of Paw Paw, WV and Diane Adair Thayer (Mike) of Whitacre, VA; her grandchildren, Timothy Waugh (Tina), Wright Wilson (Stacy) and Zachary Wilson (Pippa); her great grandchildren, Trenton Waugh, Taylor Waugh, Tanner Waugh, Hanna Wilson and Aeron Wilson; and her nephew Brian Bean of Glengary, WV. She is also survived by three daughters.
