He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Vaughn Miller and Arlene Ruth Miller (Blum). He is survived by: his fiancée Nettie Betts; his siblings, Jennifer Miller, Jeff Miller, Todd Miller and Tim Miller (Donna); and his daughter Brandy Alvarez (Clyde). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
