Groves (Amy) of Wilmington, NC and Wanda Wotring (Brian) of Roanoke, VA; his stepchildren, June Ellifritz (Ed) of Pensacola, FL, Karen Booth (Dusty) of Frostburg, MD and Jim Moran of Oldtown, MD; his brother Norman S. Groves of Keyser; his grandchildren, Michelle East (Daniel), Rachel Groves, Justin Cutter (Jordan), David Joshua Groves and Jeffery Wotring (Rhonda); and his great grandchildren, Sarah and Emma East.
