He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard William Walters and Elva Frances Walters (Snyder); his wife Sandra Kay Walters (Cottrill); and his brothers, George "Sonny" and Donald Walters.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Henderson (Jesse), Dee Walters and Harold "Buddy" Walters, Jr.; and his sister Nancy L. Gorsuch. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren; his 17 great-grandchildren.
