He was predeceased by: his parents, David McMillan and Theresa McMillan. He is survived by: his brother Rick; his wife Kathy; his children, Keith Arnold (Jennifer), Sherry Squires (Doug), Christina Crites (Drew), David McMillan III (Megan) and Charles McMillan (Patty); his grandchildren, David, Saprina, Shawn, Courtney, Heather, Sarah, Garret, Elizabeth, Veronica, Kirk, Nathan, Chloe of Luke, CJ, Geneva and Thaddeus; and his great grandchildren, Lacey, Eddie, Dalton, Alex and Sophia. He is also survived by many cousins and his aunts and uncles.
