She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eneida Vega and Efigenio Vega (Fijo); her husband Jose Torres (Joe); her sons, Joseph and Eric; her daughter-in-law Jacqueline; her grandchildren, Camden, Corinne and Julianna; and her siblings, Ruth Santory, Migdalia Pina, Carmen Borek, Mildred Vega, Angelique Aldridge and Harry Vega.
In lieu of flowers, Santa's family prefers a donation in Santa's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
