He was predeceased by: his parents, Freida Hubble and Herman Ernstes. He is survived by: his wife Stella Ernstes; his daughter Kristen; his son-in-law Rich Shorter of Crofton, MD; and his granddaughters, Aubrey and Kennedy Shorter.
