She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mildred Louise Howard (Herzberger) of South Baltimore and Woodall Street; her niece Deb; her nephew Ray Atkinson; her husband Eugene "Gene" Paul Anthony; her niece Terri Renee Eminizer (Atkinson) of Brooklyn Park; her sister Joan Mildred Atkinson (Howard) of Brooklyn Park; her daughter Laurie Heinz; her son-in-law Allan; her son Todd Anthony (Vanessa); her granddaughter Madison; her grandson-in-law Damon; her grandson Juno; and her brother William "Butch" Howard (Janice).
Due to health conditions, vaccination status, and recent COVID infections, family members (and Peggy herself) requested that all in attendance be masked both inside the funeral home and at the gravesite.
