She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hutchins and Mabel Hutchins; her husband Albert Fowler Sr.; her children, Larry Mishenko and Gloria Link; her son-in-law Bill Burton; and her sisters, Doris Harryman, Harriet Leatherman, Annabelle Hutching, Zelma DeMarco and Ruth Mobray.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Anderson (Robert), Albert Fowler, Jr. (Billie Jean), Stephen Fowler (Laurie), Joan Burton, Garry Fowler (Deborah), Rhonda Sullivan (George) and Amy Cerrito (Joseph); her son-in-law John Link; and her sister Janet Mohler. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren.
