It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Horkan of Odenton, Maryland, born in Forest Heights, Maryland, who passed away on March 26, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nancy Horkan to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Livie; her husband Tim Horkan; her children, Allison Rowsome (Rob) and Michael Horkan; and her siblings, Jimmy Garner (Colleen), Kathy McGowan, Patty Garner and Bob Garner. She is also survived by family members and friends.
