He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Alexandria. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughter Christina; his son-in-law Rick Dombrowski; his son Tony; his daughter-in-law Denise Keim; his grandchildren, Kayla Keim, Byshop Keim, Devon Keim, Lucas Keim, Ricky Dombrowski and Duncan Keim; his sister Cynthia; his brother-in-law John Mulligan; his brother Jimmy; and his sister-in-law Angie Amos.
Services are private at the request of the family due to COVID restrictions.
The family has expressed their wish that gestures of sympathy in lieu of flowers be made by charitable donations to the "Johns Hopkins University", c/o Fund for Johns Hopkins Medicine, 550 North Broadway, Suite 724A, Baltimore, MD 21205. Please include a note indicating the donation is in memory of Michael Yachmetz and intended to benefit the Parkinson's disease research and education in the Department of Neurology.
