She was predeceased by: her mother Mary; her husband Laroy Stivers; and her children, Thomas Morgan Phipps and Brenda Lee Petke. She is survived by: her friends, Keith, Joyce Kroneberger, Russ, Carol Wick, Matt and Rhonda Hottle.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home (421 Crain Hwy S, Glen Burnie, MD 21061). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Temple Baptist Church (15 Old Stage Rd, Glen Burnie, MD 21061). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Glen Haven Memorial Park (7231 Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie, MD 21061).
