We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2021, at the age of 83, Joellen S. Bailey of Odenton, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Agnes Schweitzer and Paul; her husband Russell Fay Bailey; her grandparents, Joellen and Russ; her sister Joy; her sons, John (Mary Beth) of Stevensville, MD, Jason (Bridgitte) of Stevensville, MD and Joseph (Jenny) of Abingdon, MD; and her siblings, James, Jean and John. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the Hospice of Chesapeake.
