He is survived by: his children, Marc Leighton Elliott (Kim), William Sr. (Linda), Walter (Soraja), Donna Hudson and David (Karen); his sister Pearl Davis; his siblings-in-law, Robert Davis, James, Donald Sr., Roger Anthony and Shirley Branch (Maurice); his grandchildren, William Buckholtz II, Licaiah Gates (Shawn), Ephraim, Brandon, Shana Buckholtz, Brenda Delbrey, Ashley, Michael Hudson and Cain Elliott; his great grandchildren, Kishon, Kyasia and Keziah Jackson; his grandchildren, Ephraim Jr. of Esionta, EyE'Emiriande, Osmany Jr., Anthony Delbrey and Serenity Elliott; his nieces and nephews, Renee, Shawn Coles, Lyle (Sandra), Kevin and Donald Coles, Jr.; his cousin Jean Alley; and his aunt Annie Copling. He is also survived by friends who became extended family.
