She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Nicholas Constant and Anna Constant; her husband Ronald R. Bialek, Sr.; her children, Ronald R. and Jennifer Carmen of Laurel, Maryland.; her siblings, Gloria Griffin and Nicholas B. Constant; her son-in-law Fred Carmen, Jr. of Laurel; her grandchildren, Lindsey Carmen of Oxford, David Carmen of Germantown and Tyler Carmen of Hanover; and her sisters-in-law, Doris Bialek and Charlotte Constant. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 travel and gathering restrictions, a Memorial Service will be planned at a later date for family and friends to gather and honor Carol's life.
