He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Raymond and Helen Cordella Foster (Pletcher); his wife Phyllis K. Foster; and his son Michael.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Nichols-Bethel United Methodist Church (1239 Murray Rd, Odenton, MD 21113). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
