She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving Blair Welchons and Alsuma Reiter Hutcheson Welchons; her husband Robert Seward Mangum; and her siblings, Bennett, Irving, Charles, David Welchons, Charlotte Eike and Ann Stringfield.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Mangum Vanessa (Jane) and Stacey Torres (Richard); her grandchildren, Robert, Haley, Lou, Sarah, Kate, Chelsea, Blair and Joseph; and her great grandchildren, Oliver, Ethan, Zachary, Libby, Charlotte, Jett and Max.
