He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles O'Keefe and Marguerite O'Keefe (Sullivan); his son David O'Keefe; and his siblings, James, John, Martin O'Keefe, Mary O'Hara and Catherine Guinivan.
He is survived by: his wife Doris O'Keefe; and his daughters, Maureen O'Keefe (Kevin) of Arlington, VA and Audrey O'Keefe of Berlin, MD.. He is also survived by his wife and daughters, there are many nieces and nephews.
