He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Hahn Waters. He is survived by: his father Samuel A. Waters, Sr.; his wife Dorothy Robinson; his children, Carl Waters (Heather), Michele Waters and Craig Waters; his granddaughters, Danielle Akins, Courtney Shipp, Caitlyn Waters and Marley Waters; and his stepgrandsons, Ryan and Dylan Caldwell. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Coastal Hospice.
