Chinn of Ocean Pines, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on August 24, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Chinn and Delores Johnson Chinn; his siblings, Elaine James, Florence Davis and Lee Chinn; and his stepson Kevin M. Lowe.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma McClain Chinn; his children, Ralph E. Jr. (Nicey) of Temple Hills, MD, Marlin E. (Tiffany), Sharon Chinn of Heathsville, VA, Sheila Chinn of Bowie, MD and Patricia Dixon (Tim Spear) of Decatur, GA; and his sister Raphael Jacobsen of Ellicott City, MD. He is also survived by 3 grandsons, 3 granddaughters, 1 grandson-in-law, 4 great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins and many friends.
