She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Johnson and Cecilia Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Tom Calkins; her stepchildren, Chad and Ashley; her granddaughters, Hailey, Victoria and Vivian; and her siblings, M'Liss Dzubella, Martin Johnson and Howard Johnson.
