He was predeceased by: his brother Frank Paul Kratz III. He is survived by: his parents, Frank Paul Kratz II and Frances Kratz (Whitehead); his spouses, Patricia Kratz (Gary) and Pat; and his children, Jeffrey Thomas (Denise) of Catonsville, Tracey Patricia Roberts (Kratz), Steven Francis of Westminster, Dennis Paul of Reisterstown and Gary Walter (Roberta) of Moncks Corner, SC. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 11am at St. John Neumann Roman Catholic Church, 11211 Beauchamp Rd, Berlin, MD 21811 In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Joseph House in Salisbury, MD.
