She was predeceased by: her parents, King Bolden Henderson and Addie Henderson; her husband William H. Lewis; her daughter Anna Skrinski; and her brother Albert King Henderson.
She is survived by: her son William H Lewis II (Carol); her grandsons, Will Lewis, John Lewis (Genesis) and Jeremy Skrinski; her sister-in-law Eva Lewis; her nieces, Heather Lewis Owens and Leslie Snodgrass; her nephew Alan Henderson; and her friend Jo Gilbert.
