He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Keefe and Nora Keating O'Keefe; and his brother John O'Keefe. He is survived by: his wife Lynn O'Keefe; his children, Cynthia O'Keefe and Gary O'Keefe; his grandchildren, Samantha O'Keefe and Zachary O'Keefe; and his sister Anne Villanueva.
