He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Frost and Bertha Mitchell (Baker); and his wife Constance Lee Mitchell. He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia M. Rouse, Lisa Mitchell and Judith M. Dougherty. He is also survived by his five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
