He is survived by: his wife Teresa Simpson; his sons, Gerald R. Simpson of West Chester, PA, Scott L. Simpson of Elkton, MD and Robert W. Simpson of Chesapeake City, MD; his stepsons, Marty Holbrook of Elkton, MD, John Minner of Northeast, MD and Douglas Minner of Smyrna, DE; and his siblings, Joan Halter of Parkesburg, PA, Frannie Newswanger of Bethlehem, PA, Ron Simpson of West Grove, PA and Ray Simpson of Florida. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
