He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Jack" Hickle and Helen Louise Hickle; and his close friend Monica Peterka. He is survived by: his sons, James Hickle and Chris Hickle (Rachel Shifreen); his sister Pam Passarello (Mike Passarello); his nephew Michael; his niece Gina; and his former wife Lynn Hickle.
