Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Dorothy Sarter of Ocean Pines, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away at the age of 90, on March 25, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Ramming and Frederick Andrews; her stepfather John J. Clancy of Baltimore, MD; her husband Vincent E. Sarter; and her siblings, Carroll Andrews, Clarence Andrews and Emma May Marco (Andrews).
She is survived by: her former husband William J. Raymond; her daughters, Dana Raymond, Lynn Raymond (Tim Murphy) and Carol Raymond (Steve LaBrecque); and her stepchildren, Douglas, Timothy, Thomas Sarter, Stephanie Dunwell, Barbara (Butch Suter), Diana (Joseph Crupi) and Patricia Sarter. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
