He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Frederick D. Stegman and Helen Stegman (Moore); his wife Wilma A. Stegman (Himes); his siblings, Dr. Frederick Stegman and Helen Herbert; and his granddaughter Nicole Miraglia.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Miraglia (Mark), Captain and Marc D. Stegman (Adriana Stegman); his grandchildren, Jordan Miraglia Desai (Devang Desai), Dylan D. and Sofia M. Stegman; and his great grandchild Lyla N. Desai.
