He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Jolly Sr. and Isabelle Louise Verzi (Amos); and his brothers, Douglas Verzi and William Jolly. He is survived by: his wife Mary J. Jolly; his children, Charles Edward Jolly, III of Dublin, MD, Michael R. Jolly of Jarrettsville, MD, Stephen W. Jolly of Ocean Pines, MD, Deborah A. Jolly of Dublin, MD and Ronald J. Jolly (Lauri) of Monkton, MD; his siblings, Robert Verzi of Manchester, MD, Diana Verzi of Ocean Pines, MD. and Linda Walizer of Parkville, MD.; his grandchildren, Christine, Stephen Jr., Kimberly, Stephanie, Alex and Jennifer; and his great grandchildren, Alexia and Bentley.
