She is survived by: her mother-in-law Alberta Neubert; her daughter Melisa Costa (Michael); her grandson Zachary Costa; her significant other Ronald Pacchione; her sister-in-law Nancy Brooks (Thomas); her goddaughter Jennifer Luzader (Jeremy); and her great-nephew Luke Luzader.
