We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2020, at the age of 90, Betty-Lou L. Bowman (Ocean Pines, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Ferdinand Leonard and Lula Margaret Black Leonard; and her husband Charles Willard "Bill" Bowman. She is survived by: her children, Sandy Robins (John), Wendy Sevier (JC), Margaret Kahl (Christian, II) and Alan Bowman (Karen); her grandchildren, James "Bo" McAllister, Justin "Brian" McAllister, Justin Sevier, Travis Sevier, Kaitlyn Kahl, Jordan Kahl, Matthew Bowman and Morgan Bowman; her great grandchildren, Jaymen, Ajay, Bodhi Patellister and Jenna Sevier; her niece Donna Stotts; and her nephew Daniel Stotts.
