He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur M. Campbell and Jo E. Andrews; his wife Nancy Campbell (Pyle); and his sister Joyce Campbell. He is survived by: his daughter Julie Phillips (Richard Phillips); his grandchildren, Hunter Aanenson and Lindsay Aanenson; and his great grandchild Carter.
