She is survived by: her spouse Dean Epperson; her son Richard Clinton Culbertson (Tere) of New Market; and her sister Mabel Bohannon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Communtiy Church of Ocean Pines (11227 Racetrack Rd, Berlin, MD 21811). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
