Hoover; and her siblings, Willard, William (Jack) of Baltimore, Lois Wilkerson of Valparaiso and Lovell M. Karwacki of Ocean City, Maryland..
She is survived by: her son Kerry K. Kirtley of Baltimore; her granddaughter Jessa Elizabeth Hoover of Ocean Pines; and her son-in-law Scot Eberly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
