He is survived by: his wife Gail Turner Lewis; his sons, John Carl Lewis (Kathleen Coates Lewis) of Ocean City, MD. and Stephen Turner Lewis (Kristin Hand Lewis) of Ocean City, MD.; his grandchildren, Alexandra Lewis Berkey (Blake) of Houston, TX, John Carl Lewis, Jr. (Abigail) of Berlin, MD and William Turner Lewis of Ocean City; his great grandchild Vivian Ann Lewis of Berlin; his cousins, Dr. Jack Covington Lewis (Cynthia) and Dr. Frank Lewis (Janet) of Millington, MD.; and his brother-in-law Carl Turner (Cheri) of South Carolina.
