He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Ray Shaffer (Savage); his brother Michael Shaffer; and his father Howard "Jake" Shaffer. He is survived by: his brother Chris Shaffer (Tina); his nephews, Joshua and Jacob; and his niece Natalie P. Shaffer (Bailey Littleton).
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ocean City Fire Department Station (10124 Keyser Point Rd, Ocean City, MD 21842). A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
